A Diet to Lose Seven Kilos

When the goal is to lose, nothing more nor less than seven kilos, methods must be extremely careful. That is, we speak of a unit that can be harmful, a large amount of calorie-restricted to achieve a dangerous and, therefore, it must control what is to be banned.

A diet to lose seven kilos, is a difficult job for the dietitian, but not impossible, then present a model of diet, the diet of seven kilos to lose weight without putting the health check.

First Day

Breakfast: tea or coffee, two slices of bread, two ounces of nonfat cheese

Lunch: salad of lettuce, asparagus, tomatoes, four olives; hundred grams beef, fruit choice.

Dinner: vegetable soup, one hundred grams of boiled fish, yoghurt

Second day

Breakfast: orange juice, two pieces of toast with butter, honey

Lunch: salad of apple, cabbage, one hundred grams of grilled chicken, fruit choice.

Dinner: a pound of ham, eggplant and roasted peppers, fruit choice.

Third Day

Breakfast: tea or coffee, two pieces of toast with butter and jam light

Eating: carrots and watercress salad, rice with vegetables, one ounce of Parmesan cheese, fruit.

Dinner: vegetable puree, garlic tortilla, fruit.

Fourth Day

Breakfast: orange juice, two small buns comprehensive.

Lunch: salad of lentils, tomato and capers or pickles, steak, grilled fish, fruit salad.

Dinner: cooked vegetables with a potato, one hundred grams of baked cod with vegetables, a yogurt. (more…)

Burn Extra Calories

Thinking of burning some extra calories is always an idea that circled each person who wants to lose weight. I will leave some advice for us to increase slightly our daily caloric intake and avoid extra calories we consume.

* Drink cold water, the body to eat a cold liquid burn a few calories to heat the fluid intake.
* Use the stairs instead of the elevator or get off many floors or two floors above.
* Sleep at least 8 hours a day. Sleeping burns calories, by the fact that our body despite being at rest, our body activity that generates a low caloric intake and helps them to be more vital.
* Playing with children, engaging in the game that helps maintain a link with our children and burn calories
* Going for a walk or chatting looking glass, q is not thinking about doing exercise, but walking relaxed.
* Take time to eat, chewing food thoroughly. This will help prevent over eating eat fewer calories.

The style of life essential for a healthy diet

In order to combat the high rate of obesity in the United States, President Barack Obama signed into law requiring fast-food restaurants to list calories and nutritional value of their offers on the boards, menus and windows service the file.

This effort is part of health reform is intended to provide consumers with information on the nutritional value of food clearly so they can make the best choices with your diet.

Many restaurants offer the calorie content of their offers on posters in the halls of the restaurant, wraps sandwiches or website, and now the new law requires it immediately.
