3 simple strategiesMany patients tell me every day, Doctor what I can do to lose weight? My answer is always something like this:

“Well there are several things you can do, for example”:

  1. Reduce intakes of carbohydrates (especially refined) with this will reduce insulin levels in the blood which reduces the amount of sugar (glucose) produced and give you less chance to keep that sugar was not used as energy fat. This area includes: candy, soft drinks, juices, refined flours, etc..
