<p>In the following foods we can find <strong>essential fatty acids</strong> are fish such as salmon, trout, mackerel, croaker, sardines and Atlantic bluefin tuna. You can mix sesame seeds and sunflower to balance and get the 2 omegas. Or mix equal parts of linseed oil (flax seed oil) rich in omega 3 with virgin olive oil.</p>

I recommend taking it in liquid form that is easier, because the capsules are large and have to take many to make the equivalent of 1 tablespoon, taken once a day, which is what is recommended.
