Nutrition is a key factor in our lives. However, it was not until recent decades when it has obtained the reputation he deserved, especially following the spread of certain health problems resulting from poor nutrition. In fact, every day is questioned some element of our diet as a potential health risk (fat, sugar, protein).
In fact, there are no more or less healthy foods, but more or less healthy habits. Our way of life, in this sense, it is essential to tip the balance one way or another. These are some of the findings from the study as we do eat Food presented in 2006.
The sixth edition of the International Food Forum presented at the International Fair of Food and Beverages the results of this research work directed by Mabel Gracia and Jesus Contreras, Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Barcelona and director of the Observatory Food.
