But think: if you eat 500 calories a day more than you need in a week will earn a pound. If instead you eliminate 200 calories from your diet and do some exercise come down about a pound in two weeks. If you eliminate 500 calories a day come down a pound a week.

Each person has their own pace when it comes to burning calories, we all know someone who eats no wins from five, not an ounce of weight and other people seem to gain weight just thinking about food. We do not know to be these differences, but one important aspect is our metabolism.
