To start is important to understand two key concepts, what do hunger and satiety?

Satiety is the opposite of hunger, ie, is the feeling of fullness or completeness. It is accompanied by positive feelings and calm, good mood, sleepiness, etc.. This is reflected in the popular saying “a full stomach, happy heart.”
