Eat balanced: There must be a balance between protein, fat and carbohydrates. The percentage of carbohydrates per day is 50 or 60 percent of your daily diet. Proteins 15 percent and 30 percent fat. You should eat foods from these three groups, but in those percentages.
Drink water: Take before eating a glass of water to have a sense of satiety, and eat smaller portions. Also if you drink water during and after meals the gastric juices are diluted and the risk of acidity will be reduced.

Come fiber: The fiber is in cereals such as wheat, rice and oats. Also found in fruits such as papaya, watermelon, apples, figs, oranges. Walnuts, peanuts and dates are high in fiber. Vegetables like squash, carrots, spinach and tomatoes also help you get a better digestion, absorb liquids and expel all evil from your body.
Do not skip meals: People who skip meals burn 10 percent less calories than you eat on a regular schedule. The ideal is to make five meals a day, so you force your body to consume more calories in digestion and doses to energy intake throughout the day to avoid snacking food or trying to walk in the refrigerator. Try to eat small meals and chew slowly.
